2009 model as per the serial number. It is a players' grade guitar, it has been played a lot and it has the battle scars, but it is all cosmetic there are no structural issues at all. It has been very much loved and taken care of properly and in pretty good shape for a very gigged, 13 year guitar. Guitar made in China, but still a very high quality instrument, with great electronics. I would consider a trade for a Gibson Les Paul Junior guitar. an Orange AD30 Orange Rocker 30 or an Orange OR 30/50 amp head. The neck has one ding in the lower part and two bigger dings in the upper part. You can see in the photos, they look a lot worse than what they are, but there are no cracks around it at all, they are quite shallow, and as deep as they may look like you can barely feel them or notice while playing.
